Urgent repair?
For no heat, water or power, a broken lock, flooding or an unsafe home, email info@kojapropertymanagement.ca with URGENT in the subject, or send a repair request marked urgent from your tenant account or our repair form. We respond to urgent requests within 24 hours. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
