Invitations and updates on repair requests come from Koja. Everything else, like rent reminders and renewal messages, opens in your own email app, such as Outlook, Gmail or Apple Mail, so you check it and send it from your usual address.
The software fills in the official forms: the Landlord and Tenant Board's N1 notice. You're still responsible for the notice itself, including the amount, the timing and how you deliver it. In Ontario, that means at least 90 days' written notice, at least 12 months since the last increase, and the yearly guideline if it applies to your unit. Check the current rules at tribunalsontario.ca before you serve a notice.
Map images come from OpenStreetMap: your browser requests the part of the map you're looking at. When you click Geocode Missing in Maps, property names and postal codes are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to find their location. See the privacy policy for hosting and email service providers.
Yes. The browser edition runs entirely in your web browser and keeps your data on that computer, with no sign-up. It's in English only, and it doesn't include the tenant portal.
